The 8600MP and 8700MP series from Eldridge consists of thermal mass flowmeters for gases. This inline version contains a piece of straight pipe in which the thermal mass flow sensor is included. The pipe diameter can be selected so that it matches the existing process pipe. The flow transmitter is mounted directly on the housing and has an integrated display. The 8600MP and 8700MP mass flowmeters are explosion-proof according to ATEX, IECex, CSA and Kosha. Every mass flow meter from Eldrigde is calibrated according to the application and gas composition of the customer. The thermal mass flow measurement principle is suitable for, among other things, natural gas, hydrogen gas, nitrogen, compressed air, flue gas, flare gas, but can also be calibrated on specific gas compositions.
