Costs are per device per year. Invoicing takes place annually in advance.
The agreement has a term of 36 consecutive months.
Invoice date is the effective date of the agreement.
Cancellation must be submitted in writing to Hitma B.V., and must have been received by Hitma B.V. no later than 3 months before the end date.
The agreement is automatically extended for 1 year (12 months) after 36 months, without written notice.
