The LA14 series motion sensor detects the presence of people in a room. This allows lighting or ventilation to be activated only when someone is present. The LA14 provides a contact output upon presence detection, which can be read by a BMS or directly by a room controller. For direct light control (230 Vac), the LA15 series is available.

The LA15 series is a motion sensor that can directly control lighting. Because the lights are only switched on when people are present in a room, significant energy savings can be achieved. The LA15 motion sensors can be installed in a flush-mounted box in or on a wall or ceiling.

The KEK1 is a simple passive condensation sensor. The sensor has a resistive output that provides a signal of approximately 10kOhm when condensation forms. It can be connected to the R102 and RS102 room controllers. The KEK1 sensor then ensures that the control of a chilled ceiling is interrupted when condensation forms on the cooling system.
